It was cloudy much of Wednesday and the temps dropped into the 60s as the rain and wind set in. Maddie decided to wear the only pair of long pants we packed - pajamas! Charlotte hibernated while we visited the shops (along with every other vacationer on the island). Maddie and Poppa rode their bikes to the lighthouse, but had to walk some of the way back due to the wind. We had to eat dinner inside instead of one of the porches due to the wind driven rain. It was an adventure all through the night. Poppa's fishing poles were sidelined for the day.
