Carrie and Wes, now Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Spencer Jacobs, were married this afternoon in Mt. Pleasant with a dinner celebration on Sullivan's Island. They are spending a mini honeymoon @ the Charleston Harbor Resort as Wes will be back to duty on Saturday.
