A beautiful afternoon on the Isle of Palms. We had a late start on the day as Charlotte had to be taken to Walmart to return some things she had bought on impulse leaving an empty bank account. Charlotte, unemployed again, had to update an application at Publix. So we had lunch @ Melvins in Mt. Pleasant before putting up the umbrella and chairs on the IOP.
Then the afternoon storm warning as the clouds moved in , the temperature dropped as the wind increased. We went back to the truck to wait out the rain then back to the beach for a nap.
We capped off our time on the IOP with a visit to the Wild Dunes Marina and enjoyed the rush hour traffic @ Morgan Creek Restaurant.
