Maddie spent the day with Carrie and the boys. I met them on the way home from work. The at home party ended early. Charlotte was in bed by 8pm, Maddie gave it up about 9 pm.

Merry Christmas
Another warm and muggy day with temps in the low 80s. Santa came this am. Carrie and family came for brunch and presents. Maddie wrangled an invitation to dinner at Blossom's this evening with a neighbor family.

A Very Warm Christmas Eve
Maddie visited her mom and crew for a few hours today. Carrie helped clean Charlotte's room (a 3 day job per Carrie) as my Christmas present. The boys played all afternoon. They should sleep well tonight.

A full work day, but dinner with Carrie and the kids this evening. Daniel and Spencer ate Chinese food like grown men!

A Beaufort Christmas
Maddie accompanied me to Beaufort on Monday. She worked tirelessly as we prepared for the foster youth and families Christmas dinner @ Gilligans. She was rewarded with time at the pool and breakfast "like ladies" this morning. It was back to work in Charleston early this afternoon.
