The day before Christmas Eve ...we went to Georgia for an early celebration with Carrie and family.

First School Concert

Maddie and the 6th grade chorus opened the Allegro Winter Concert tonight.

The 3rd weekend in Advent

Saturday shopping with Maddie after choir rehearsal for Christmas Eve Children's Mass. Sunday in Beaufort for Christmas party for 16 foster children and families. Charlotte went with us and helped load bags. Maddie fed the office cats.

The 2nd Weekend of Advent

An office holiday party for 200 foster youth and familes in Charleston on Saturday - a lot of work and joy! Some down time on Sunday and we put up our tree.

The first weekend of Advent, 2017

We seemed to eat out a lot this weekend. Not so fine dining (but tasty) most of the time. We had a lovely adult only meal at Anson's Saturday evening.

A visit with Santa!

Santa talked with Maddie as we visited Lowes.

Headed home...

We had lunch at a new favorite chain, Chicken Salad Chick in Ormond. We visited with Aunt Teresa, Uncle Mark, Olivia and Matthew for a couple of hours in Fernandina Beach.
