Sunny Saturday

A lovely morning at the pool (just me and other adults)then a little shopping in the late afternoon. The whirlwind blew in this evening. This was a quiet moment. Uncle Jimmy and Poppa went fishing and Charlotte went to work!

Happy Father's Day!

A day on the water. We launched @ Cherry Point on Wadmalaw,went over to Steamboat Landing and beyond on the back of Edisto then back around Bohicket Marina. I had a nice nap on the boat after a margarita.

Saturday @ the beach.

Isle of Palms The IOP was very crowded as it was high tide much of the middle of the day. This couple had the right idea - above the crowd. We went over to Sullivan's Island around Station 30 where new cutouts allowed for Gene and the heron to cast in tidal pools.

Saturday @ a bridal shop.

I was up too early this morning (for a Saturday) so I could be in Cross, SC for a special event by 8:00am. I then met Carrie, a few of her friends, Kristy, Charlotte and Maddie @ David's Bridal @ 1:00pm. Three hours later, Carrie's dress has been pinned for alterations and bridesmaids dresses selected.

I believe this is the dress style, but in marine blue.

Little Miss Dynamite sat down during the fitting, became very quiet, then began to cry. Maddie doesn't want Carrie to get married and move away. Maddie wants to be Carrie's girl. Charlotte, perhaps having similar thoughts, was actually a comfort to Maddie.
