Flooding and visiting Becky.

We had 3.7" of rain, hail and flooding during an afternoon thunder storm. Becky and boys were enroute today from Disney back home to NY. We were able to have dinner and desert together.

Madison worked with Ms. Oney a couple of hours on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Summerville Farmers' Market on Saturday, Steel City Pizza in the evening. I had planned on attending the Blessing of the Fleet, a favorite annual event, but Poppy took the girls on his fishing trip this morning. I didn't want to go alone so chores instead.

I had a rainy trip to and from Columbia today for work. Poppy was in more scenic territory, Savannah and Bluffton, for work. He took a break at this beautiful high bluff on the May River.

Taxes, Playhouse Construction and Home Team BBQ

I worked on taxes, Maddie played while Poppy continued Playhouse construction. We took a break for a late lunch at Home Team. Rafters and roof construction next weekend!
