Carrie drove over from Georgia after work on Friday. We went out for dinner. The girls spent time together before Charlotte and Maddie went to sleep. Carrie joined Poppa in voice as he played many of their old favorites on the guitar the rest of the evening. Carrie took Charlotte to Georgia on Saturday morning. Charlotte is spending the week with Carrie and family.
Life has been busy. I had a bit of respite at the PAFCAF conference at Kingston Plantation in N. Myrtle Beach. Love happy hour and breakfast with an ocean view.
Back home again for another weekend if home renovation. We had moved Charlotte into the smaller bedroom/former guest room downstairs. Had to have a Come to Jesus talk with Charlotte as she has trashed her new space twice already. Charlotte's old room was ready by Sunday afternoon so we moved Madison from her loft bedroom space to Charlotte's old room. The downstairs bath and kitchen to be painted next then we will paint upstairs. Prepping the house for moving is tiring. Goodwill, the dump and the storage space get new deliveries each weekend!
